The Sumits Yoga McDowell Mountain Ranch studio welcomes all levels of students with more than 40 classes weekly. Our studio, the original, first Sumits Yoga, is meant to be a sanctuary, a place for healing, nurturing and developing strength in the body, mind and spirit.
