The Gilbert studio is located in the Safeway center on the southwest corner of Val Vista and Elliot, adjacent to Blockbuster. It is conveniently located just 2.5 miles south of the 60 freeway on Val Vista. The studio’s cozy setting is welcoming to both new and returning students and is a relaxing place to breathe, sweat and release. We have a friendly group of teachers who focus on the individual needs of every student in order to guide them through their practice with ease and confidence.

Our goal is to have each student find balance and health in their life through their own personal yoga practice. The studio’s practice room has wood floors and is equipped with heaters, a humidifier and an exhaust system, which helps to equalize the room and make it a comfortable environment for all levels of students. Showers and changing facilities are always available. We look forward to seeing you on your mat!
