The Sumits Yoga Arrowhead studio welcomes all levels of students from beginning through advanced with classes early morning through evening seven days a week. Our studio is meant to be a sanctuary – a place for healing, nurturing and developing strength in the body, mind and spirit. Our trained teachers and staff endeavor to meet, greet and make every single person who walks into our studio feel as though they’ve found their home away from home.
